Metalsmithing: Enameling Fold Form April 27-28, 2024

Enameling Fold Form is a metalworking technique accomplished by folding and forging metal on the anvil. This technique can be applied in multiple ways in jewelry fabrication. Various hammers and annealing metals will be demonstrated. Then, once students have created their fold-form piece, enameling techniques will be added to elevate the form and demonstrate how many techniques can be combined to develop new ideas and pieces.
